To continue his professional development he earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business in conjunction with the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA). As a PIM manager, he builds and manages customized investment portfolios designed to help individuals, families and foundations achieve their specific investment goals. He takes a value approach to investing focusing on the preservation of capital and the distribution of assets to meet client's needs. Don is among a select few Wells Fargo Advisors' financial advisors who are qualified to manage client portfolios on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis.
Continuing his professional development, Don earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, or CFP® professional certification in 2011. This required completing hundreds of hours of rigorous courses, examinations, ethical requirements as well as a 10-hour comprehensive examination administered according to the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Don graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's degree in finance in 1985.
Don has two sons, Luke and Bryce, and is actively involved in his community. He and his wife, Jeanne, are founders of the charitable organization, Laces of Love, which has provided over 100,000 pairs of new shoes to underprivileged children in Lee and Collier County. He is also an active volunteer with the Optimist Club of Naples and helps run basketball leagues locally, as well as fundraises, to provide children with a chance to play that might not otherwise have such an opportunity.

Committed to helping his community, Brian is active with Special Olympics of Collier County and the LEAP Ahead Foundation of Collier County, Florida. LEAP is coordinated with Easter Seals of Florida to help disabled young people transition from the school system into suitable employment opportunities. Away from the office, he enjoys coaching youth basketball. He and his wife Rachel, live in Naples with their children, Max, Molly, Jack and Patrick.
Laura has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and employs her analytical and problem solving skills to help build and monitor customized wealth plans for clients. Laura is involved at every step of the planning process and specializes in analyzing complex financial situations and providing clear investment strategies crafted to help meet their unique goals and objectives. She takes a hands-on approach and meets with clients regularly to evaluate and review the performance of their wealth plan, updates their investment allocations, and coordinates with other trusted advisors such as outside CPAs or estate attorneys.
Her educational background includes earning her bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts in biology (cum laude). Since joining the team, she has earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional (CFP®) designation. To earn the CFP® professional designation, Laura completed hundreds of hours of rigorous coursework and examinations, adheres to high standards of ethical conduct and must complete the CFP® Board's ongoing certification requirements.
Always giving back to the community, Laura supports various charities by running in local 5k events and as a volunteer for her daughter's High School cross country and track team. She lives in South Florida with her husband, Bill and their two children, Michael and Julie; and their retired greyhound.
Nancy has built her 30 year career working to design investment and planning strategies to help build client's wealth, enhance their lifestyles and help them prepare for life's opportunities and challenges. She helps guide trustees in using trusts as part of financial and philanthropic planning for multi-generational high net worth families and non-profit organizations.
After earning her Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University, cum laude, she began her career as a Certified Public Accountant (not currently practicing) with a prominent accounting firm in Chicago. After moving to Naples in 1985, she joined Northern Trust Bank, where she worked for 20 years and then moved to U.S. Trust for four years.
Active in her local community, she currently sits on the Board of March of Dimes and has held various board positions with greater Naples Area Planned Giving Council. Away from the office, she enjoys bicycling, orchids and spending time with her two daughters.
Evan is a financial services professional with over 13 years of experience. As part of the Jacoby Nealon & McCain Wealth Management Group team, he handles a wide variety of duties including serving as a key point of contact for clients as well as handling investment planning, estate settlement and maintaining the internal portfolio management systems.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo Advisors in 2010, Evan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a concentration in industrial/organizational psychology and holds a minor in business management from Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C.

Eduardo started his career in the financial services industry in 1994 back in Guatemala, his home country. He arrived to the US in 2000; his experience opened up doors to continue developing a career with a local bank in Miami, FL., where he stayed for 12 years. He received different promotions that allowed him to get his insurance license and his series 7 registration.
Eduardo moved to Naples in 2010; he passed his Series 66 registration exam in September 2014, and shortly after started working for Wells Fargo Advisors. Eduardo knows that integrity, responsibility, taking ownership, and delivering great customer service are the cornerstone to a successful career.
Currently, Eduardo is attending Florida SouthWestern State College; he is a Buccaneer! In his free time, Eduardo is a member of Naples Toastmasters, where he was the president for the 2016-2017 term. He is also a volunteer of the Humane Society of Naples; he has fostered one adult cat and, later on, 2 kittens. He enjoys doing activities outdoors, and he is also an avid meditator.
Gini plays a valuable role on the team and manages all aspects of client relations, from planning client events to setting client appointments. She is also responsible for advocate services, cards, collaborating with the compliance department on the approval process for marketing materials, maintaining the contact management system and handling day-to-day client transactions.
Prior to joining the team in 2006, Gini attended Chattahoochee Valley Community College to pursue a degree in elementary education. From there she transitioned into the hospitality field, and spent 23 years developing her management and client relations skills.
Gini is well known around the office both for her organizational skills and for her compassion. She and her husband, Glenn, have three children, Lindsey, Jacob, and Cara.
Prior to joining the team in 2017, Alex attended Florida Atlantic University and received his under graduate degree in business management. At Florida Atlantic University Alex worked part time in sales, and participated in multiple internships at Wells Fargo Advisors.
In his personal time Alex plays in local men’s hockey club, and enjoys fishing, and boating.
